Luna Vida is an intentional wellness space that offers custom holistic facials, restorative massage as well as prenatal, birth and postpartum support. We work hard on cultivating an inclusive, trauma informed environment and reducing harm in our community care while providing relaxation and care from the stress and demands of the world. Our studio is located in the beautiful historic Carlos Ygnacio Velasco house in downtown Tucson.

with a strong emphasis on treating the body as a whole, we provide grounding, calming and sensory treatments to allow your body to relax and restore. Offering our popular Buccal (intraoral) Facial, lymphatic facial massages and standard facials with the opportunity to add on gua sha, facial cupping, hydrojelly masks and extra time needed for extractions. We use only natural, plant based and products that are free of any synthetic fragrances.

birthwork

as a multi-trained professional, we provide grounded birthwork (doula) support in the prenatal, birth, postpartum period as well as peer breastfeeding support. Our work is grounded in traditional medicine and offers a holistic approach to caring for the body in this special time. This continuous work of emotional, informative and physical support provides an invaluable experience in the childbearing years.

bodywork

providing intuitive, healing, gentle massage, our space offers a rejuvenating experience for chronically depleted and overstimulated people. With an emphasis on therapeutic and restorative massage we incorporate lymphatic drainage as well as craniosacral therapy to provide treatments for relaxation and care from the stress and demands of the world.
